Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal in your account. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. A free account gets the quick start, a full adaptive diagnostic and your numbers explained — no card. The weekly plan, the college list, essay feedback, study guides and Ask Claros are on Pro and Premium. There is no trial of those; because you can cancel anytime, you're never locked in.
What's the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro ($19.99/month) is the full Claros AI admissions coach: unlimited SAT/ACT practice and diagnostics, your weekly challenge and roadmap, essay feedback, a fit-based college list, and unlimited Ask Claros chat. Premium ($49.99/month) includes everything in Pro and adds a dedicated human counselor, a 1-hour 1:1 counseling call, and two-way messaging with your counselor.
How does billing work?
Claros bills monthly through Stripe. You're charged when you subscribe and again on the same date each month until you cancel. You can update your payment method and view invoices anytime in the billing portal.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. New subscribers get a 14-day money-back guarantee: email us within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we'll refund that payment in full. After that window, payments are non-refundable and we don't give partial refunds for unused time in a period.
